What's animail?

Animail is a secure messaging service designed for you to communicate with your clients by email or by text messages (SMS), directly from VetWare.

Simple to use, the "preset messages" (templates) will be useful to confirm appointments and to provide reminders to clients. You will also be able to communicate promotions and other new things happening at your clinic when using the “customizable message” template.

There are 4 types of templates for sending email messages:

• Appointment confirmations
• Parasiticide reminders
• Visit and vaccination reminders
• Customized messages
